False promise and charging me for no service

I was promised an explore since 2nd December 2015, this explorer was eventually delivered on the 14th of January 2016. I was also promised free installation of the explorer, after delivery a month later, I contacted the call centre to get an installer. I was told to find an installer myself on the multichoice webside that was of no use because it could'nt populate name of installers, I made another 2 consecutive calls to the call centre advising that all the listed installers I found on the list are available however they want to be paid. I contacted the so called service consultant promised to call me back with the correct names of installers to resolved my query. what I find strange and unacceptable is that the explorer is activated and multichoice is billing me for it although not installed. this is a money making scheme of taking customers money without any service delivery. please stop that explorer deal and collect your decoder since I have no use for it. This is bad service and I would like to cancel the deal. This is the worse customer service I had from multichoice since I had any dealings with you. Please take your decoder and reverse all costs incurred to date.
