False promise

Last month I've paid my DSTV account via my app and account was still showing E 16 error message and I went to pep to pay again it was still showing E 16 error message.. After a day I've complaint about it they said they can see i paid twice meaning I will skip this month payment but now my DSTV is showing E16 error message... After they promised me I will skip this month... Am very disappointed
