False package upgrade advertising

DSTV continues to be the worst satellite channel in SA. During this month of July they were running a special to upgrade from Access to Family package and save R69. When I got the sms I joined during the month and had to pay the difference. The next thing I get a statement that i need to pay R279 by 01 August for the package. I called and they said the special was only for july and the were errors with the sms sent out to customers which was never mentioned. In my view, I feel that they were using this **** to lure people to change packages and pay more because even if you try calling them you waste money and hardly get through for assistance. This should be reported to ICASA, they are misleading customers. They have cheated me with false advertising and I'm a so angry right now
