False package and sales
Company that does the sales and marketing is On Air TV. The sales consultant that sold the DSTV Explora Premium decoder to us **** about the advantages of the package. After logging a number of complaints they still don't get back to me regarding the false marketing and sales.
Please make sure about all the facts before buying this product. If you don't have a smart tv this decoder will not work on your TV. On Air TV will not tell you that and will charge you R350 if you open the box.
Please be on the look out.
