False marketing + poor service

l received a discount campaign sms stating how much l should pay on 30\10\19 on which l did make that payment only for Dstv to reconnect and disconnected my services after a few days what gets me worked up is what was the discount campaign sms for? (to rob me off my cash/false advertising. l called the DSTV call center the same time l got disconnected only to be reconnected for a few hours then disconnected again til today. l have been calling the airtime draining call center till today with zero help/solutions (useless waste of time service) Only to be told by the last consultant that l was billed again after a few days so l need to pay up again to be reconnected sies, so basically l was reconnected for Mon/Tue/Wed/Thur/Fri/Sat now l'm owing the full amount again greedy selfish beings. What type of marketing nonsense is this broad day light ******* NXAaaa so ****ed
