FALSE MARKETING OF THE ACCESS STREAM PACKAGE R115

Hello Peter,

I trust you are doing well. please help me share this experience.

Yesterday I subscribed to DSTV for the streaming “Access Package” which according to your website has 66+ channels. After subscription, I then made a payment of R115.00, via EFT. Thereafter, I login in to stream. However, to my surprise, only three channels were active and none of the 66+ channels was activated.

I tried to contact you via your WhatsApp help chat with no success of being helped. I then called and spoke to an *********** consultant who could not help me, but rather made me wait for more than 10 minutes as she does not understand how the streaming “Access Package” works. My Airtime was exhausted while listening to your music and waiting for the consultant to come back to me and never bothered to return my call after waiting that long.

I then signed in into my profile account and been notified that I must pay an additional R111.00.

Please make me understand, how you do advertise something that you do not have? How do you put a price that does not exist? Since I paid R115 and was further told to pay R111.00. THIS IS FALSE MARKETING, ********** AND UNACCEPTABLE.

MAY I PLEASE REQUEST THAT MY ACCOUNT BE TERMINATED AND HAVE MY R115.00 REFUNDED.
