False marketing

Multichannel added policy on my account though falls marketing.i was told that I have won the funeral policy of R50000 as reward for being a loyal customer and I was told to choose beneficial .and lately I find out two times R79. Were added to my subscription which I was told that the subscription will not change and that R50000 won't affect anything. So I want that being canceled to my subscription.i went to multichannel they said they unable to help I had to call insurance department between mon-fri or email them and they only added this on Friday and I really don't want this as a bad customer service which will let us canceling their service.
