False listing with the credit bureau

I'm beginning to get frustrated with this company and now I'm convinced they they are going out of their way to make my experience with them very unpleasant if it's not an account being messed up its something else. I now have 3 outstanding accounts listed on the bureau that I didn't open moreover they are outstanding. This is affecting my credit profile which is unacceptable. I have 2 decoders under 1 plan and according to them I have 2 plans which is not correct but the listing shows 3 accounts that are in arrears and no one can explain this. I have had numerous back and forths of emails with different parties dealing with my query and I having to explain my self each time. I demand that someone goes back to my emails/account and rectifies this.
