False information
I was busy enjoying my package with no amount due for this month checked the app and on whatsapp it showed 4.89 due in march. Suddenly here it goes of to channel 100 and the thing is now innactive.no amount was due so im not expected to pay but now after it went of suddenly theres a balance of 213 whats going on...stop messing me around everytime theres a problem

08 Feb 2021, 16:27Still waiting the day almost over and now you trying to force me to pay a reconnection fee and an overdue fee that i didn't even know was there if i knew i would have paid it but your ****ed up services messed that up.chatting on your facebook and all im getting in an apology my dstv still disconnected wont be making a payment untill this is settled your team needs to sort out all these extras as it was caused by your app giving me false info got screenshots of the price and due date it showed me
