false information being over charge and for being disconnected and this is not the first time evertytime i am being over charge and always fighting with them

false informance was being fead to my payed my account but my dstv has been disconnected so they told me that i must first pay R318 before they can connect me again but my dstv account was payed by 23 even before my payment date

i was just on the phone with dstv now and they still could not answer me i saw on the app the the amount own to them now is R1,193 which i still dont know where this is coming from you said n the review that the out standing amount is R98 yes the account was reconnected but this morning again disconnected so what is really going on i been fighting and every second month settling the over due amounts but i am sick and tired of fighting and fighting and nobody can give me answers and nobody even came back to me i am highly dissapointed in your service i just want the value for my money and sort out this account connect my account because it was paid for
