False info/wrong billing/broken promises

Good day,<br> <br> I did send you a Hellopeter about Multichoice<br> I'm not going to phone them again.<br> I did spent more than R2000.00 on my cellphone phoning them since 17 April 2015<br> <br> I spoke to about 15 diff people, the last one some manager by the name of Clint Schoeman.<br> Who also promised to phone me back, needles to say he did'nt.<br> <br> I took out 2 contracts from them<br> 1) R799.00 DPP package with extra view<br> 2)R99.00 extra explorar <br> <br> They did deduced R474.00 Ref.m-choice *** on 26/04/2015<br> today they deduced R1948.00 Ref m-choice *** on 05/05/2015<br> <br> I phoned about 15 times.<br> Nobody seems to know how to work out my account<br> How do they get R1948.00 on this 2 deals ?<br> <br> Im so sick and tired of multichoice<br> Dont the people there get training ?<br> Cant they keep their promises to phone a customer back ?<br> <br> Can you please help me to sort this out ASAP ?<br> <br> I do expect a appology in a personal phone call from the CEO of Multichoice.<br>
