false feedback

After lodging a complaint on hello peter, a good few weeks later I finally get a call from a nesta who I believe might be from customer care in cape town, as it was an 021 number. She assured me the credit I had been waiting for would be paid back into my account that day. It's been about 3 week's now and no credit. It has been almost 3 months now after cancelling my dstv subscription and its like they just don't want to give my money back. I'm sure this is violating the CPA. Dstv can I have my money back please????
