False dstv reward competition

Multichoice upgraded my package without my knowledge. I never called, i never upgraded on the app. I tried calling customer care and the lady told me I upgraded the package..I won the dstv reward where it was free dstv for the month and was told to pay R23 last month..How come my package went from R430 to R1061. This is insane
