False Dstv advertising once again

I am writing this with distaste from the deceit and service I received from dstv , I was called last week with offer of purchasing a explora decoder. Upon the call I asked the consultant I don't have a smart tv he assured me the decoder will work on the tv I have. The decoder arrived day before yesterday and only today I am off from work I put it in. I cannot use the decoder and I have been charged for services I cannot even access, I paid for pvr services while the decoder is not even working, now they're telling me to call an installer !!! I have to pay an installer again !!! After the false information I wax given ,the money I was charged for services I am not using and then last consultant I spoke with gave me attitude and hung up!!!! This is the second time I am being daylight ****** by dstv. I want nothing to do with them , they must come get their decoder and refund my money back.
