False competition prizes
If I could give 0 stars I would. It's 21 December and still no feedback on the upgrade that was suppose to happen on 5 December. You playing for time so you don't have to give the upgrade. It's false advertising or what ever you want to call your so called competition. And please don't reply to this message with "we've escalated the issue" I have heard that line 50 times in the last 16 days. If I knew where to report you I would have done it
