False and misleading marketing

I wish to lay a complaint about the totally false and misleading marketing practice of Multichoise, in tricking unsuspecting viewers into taking out an annual subscription, with the \claimed\" benefit of getting 12months viewing whilst effectively paying for only 11 months.
This turns out to be an absolute hoax, as the latter benefit is \"forfeited\", should the viewer request the service to be switched between different decoders ... like, when on holidays at a different location to their ordinary place of residence ...
Effectively, the viewer ends up paying additionally for the period on holidays, and forfeit the \"one month free viewing\", whilst Multichoise enjoys the benefit of the cash received in advance ... resulting in the viewer being financially worse-off, than having taken out a monthly subscription ...

In my view, this practice is morally and ethically ******** ... and not to be expected from a service provider such as Multichoise ..."
