False adverti*****t of free stream with compact

My balance shows I have outstanding fees,I got on a live chat with one of the consultants to enquire because as far as I know my account is paid up to date,she explained my bill.I then enquired how was I charged for dstv stream because I had received an email stating dstv stream is now free to decoder customers with compact subscription.She then went on to explain that it is infact NOT FREE hence I was billed for it.I am very disappointed dstv for false advertising.
