False adverti*****t from Dstv (Multichoice)

I have just had a horrible experience with the Dstv Multichoice agents, a bunch of rude inexperienced agents who lack ethical customer service.

Dstv expects me to pay for their mistake, I was on an access package and then received a message on the 17th about a special to get the family package for 199 for the next 3 months, to my surprise on the 9th my package was suspended, I've been calling their agents since the 6th trying to fix my payment plan, every agent had a different story to tell me as if they worked in different departments, Hirst Bruce told me I only have to pay R120 on Saturday, then Terry told me that the package that was offered to me was a mistake from from dstv that people package was only for one month Shen proceeded to tell me that I have to downgraded back to the access package and i must pay the reconnection fee, instead of fixing their mistake she expected me to pay, I told her I won't pay an amount because it's not the amount I had agreed on, she said she will call me back, and didn't. If called again and spoke to shria, who told me a different story and promises to get her manager to call me and fix this mistake but no one called me, the last person I spoke to was khanyo, who was very rude and also had a different story to tell my as to why it can't continue using the package and why should I pay a reconnection fee when my account didn't lapse,

This is very uncceptable because I am a paying client and I didn't just decide that I want to upgrade to the family package, dstv is the one that sent me an SMS with a false adverti*****t about a special that they knew very well was invalid, now they expect me to pay for their own mistakes.
