False advertising/Promotion

I won a reward which is Premium package for a month on the app in November 2021 under Dstv rewards and was told reward will be active on my payment date which was 25th December.I checked on that day,there was no reward loaded on my package.I sent a query via Facebook inbox and was told reward will be loaded on 25th January. I checked yesterday 25th January no reward was loaded again was told they are escalating the matter,it will be resolved same day.I never got response and followed up again toda 26th January and a very rude consultant with initials MMK advised the package is now loaded for 25th February.This seems like false advertising ,why run a promotion if you cannot deliver the prizes to winners.I am very disappointed in the level of service I received and the consultant also seems to not know what is happening.Worse part I sent query for confirmation on 23th January and they rep**** that the Premium package will be active 12am on the 25th meaning I was given false information.This MMK person is busy contradiction themselves giving me false information.
