False advertising...no support

One would imagine with the increaing popularity of streaming services Multichoice would look to up their game, but they continue to dissapoint with false adverising and a really poor support centre.We recently upgraded to premier so as not to miss the rugby world cup.The premier package includes showmax for free which we registered for to see what it had to offer.Our account was debited twice with a Showmax fee- R99x2.This was eventually reversed after we queried the additional charge.At the end of October we downgraded our package again.They have again charged the Showmax fee of R99 and mention their terms and conditions prevent the from reversing this charge.This despite it being free up to end of October on Premier package.We called and cancelled Showmax on 8 Nov and it would seem they can't apply the 14 day free trial period.We have never used Showmax and really do not appreciate the heavy handed attitude of this Company.We will cancel our Contract and not support DSTV going forward.Poor show.
