FALSE ADVERTISING TO KEEP CLIENTS

Good day.

On the 28/05/2022 I received a call from DSTV Agent Zintle & Sonwabo to offer me a reduced rate of R613.09 that will include ShowMax, Disney & Insurance on all my 3 decoders. I have called DSTV yesterday and today to confirm if the Showmax & Disney has been linked and I was advised it has not. My question is why does DSTV make offers to clients and not deliver on what they have promised. This is the main reason I wanted to cancel their service due to their pathetic service. Now this morning I spoke to Quinton he advised me that I will need to pay extra for Showmax. Now that is something I will need do. I need this to be sorted ASAP if they can give me what was promised to me. They need to cancel my service, I have had enough with DSTV Multi Choice. Misleading clients just to keep them.
