False Advertising- Team leaders who drop calls on clients & do not keep their word
In September 2022 I received inbox messages on my DSTV App, sms's aswel as calls from the DSTV outbound team offering what would be a nightmare deal- "R550 for X3 Months for DSTV Premium" the agent that called and assisted me did the upgrade and advised on a pro rata amnt due, only to be billed R1030 OCT & NOV and no one can assist, Shandre, Phindile, Bongani, ,Rodney, Edwana The TL's kept taking my contacts promising to call but nothing!! they could careless! If they who occupy leadership positions dismally fail to do the right thing what more the poor agents? So the Turnaround time to get your maladministration inorder is 9+ days?? Today a whole TL could not answer me and decided to drop the call!

01 Dec 2022, 14:59If only the people we have to deal with via the call center, were that proactive and did what they were supposed to do, we would not be here! spent over 3 hours on calls with you the call centre team, and the TL who dropped the call, she must pls work on her mannerism and Client service
