False advertising no showmax on dstv streaming

Been a subscriber for more than 15 years. Changed from dstv decoder to dstv stream. According to website streaming includes showmax at no extra charge so today when I am trying to watch showmax tells me I need to subscribe. Called the call centre and was advised that they relaunching this product from today till the 28th of January. So why wasn't this mentioned on the website. The reason I changed was streaming is the way forward and without loosing showmax. This is false advertising as the product is not available yet it is advertise. I have advise the customer service lady to disconnect me and refund my balance. Your can charge me for the 3 days.
