FALSE ADVERTISING DSTV

so i received an email from dstv to upgrade my package and get 2 GA Lauyrn Hill concert(please see below) and today i call tp find out where the tickets are,i get told that it is a competition and its for selected customers,please someone help me and balance me,where in this communication does it say,stand a chance to win,or enter a competition?? so in esscece i have upgraded for nothing,the only reason i upgraded was for the perk of getting the tickets.
