False advertising and overselling or overcharging

Multichoice made me a false advertising. On the 31st of March 2023 they offered me a lock-term price contract for 24months for am amount of R499.00 but that has never happened they are over charging me and when inquiring the first one told it was due to the fact that I was not given the discount that was due to me and he fixed it and gave me the amount to pay I did so but now I'm suddenly told that the reason for this months payment to be so high it was because I'm behind with the payment I got confused because in the month of May I was double billed and please take it to consideration that if you have not made a payment with multichoice they disconnect you so it confuses me when I'm being told that I'm behind, in the month of July on the 15th they deducted R802.00 from my account, I reversed it and paid the agreed payment of R499.00 yet on the 21st of July they suspended my subscription, I called again to fix it they told they won't do anything until I pay the sum of R353.00 I decide not to make any payments as I've already heard it with multichoice doing as they please on my account and now on the 25th of July I'm being told to pay the amount of R280.22 so I'm asking myself if multichoice is playing a prank on me or what. I asked them for the recording of the 31st of March since they are now charging me for things that I was promised they are coming with the package that amounted to R499.00 but to date they are failing to do so, right now I'm really confused as to what to do because clearly I'm paying for what I'm not getting all because I do jot want to ruin my credit record as much as I'm aware that what they are doing is *****.
