false advertising and marketing

I would like to share my experience with false advertising and marketing act that has been done by dstv they've sent me an email stating that i got a voucher checkers (it was upgrading promotion).to my surprise it didn't have voucher number,i contacted their service 3 times all the consultant said that the voucher is on the way still now there was nothing it's been close to 3 weeks waiting.
