Dstv offers a promo of R299 and no reconnection fees but didn’t keep to their ad and disconnected the services. They robbing the consumers and misleading them

Ok awaiting patiently as we tried contacting head office on numerous times and all the managers and either on a call or in a meeting on a Sunday afternoon, what a joke , service delivery is pathetic

Thank you hope we don’t have any issues for the upcoming month on the 15 th as we had told several agents to do a debit order to prevent any disconnection and incorrect monthly fees
