False advertising

I would like to log a complaint regarding multichoice false advertising i called on the 15 Sept regarding an upgrade promotion i saw on the dstv app, i called to verify the lady offered to do it for me, however the promotion of getting a compact for a month never happened i started calling the call center several times to seek assistance, I spoke to Michelle who acknowledged dstv's agent didn't follow procedure of advising me, and upgrade me to compact as per the adverti*****t, I spoke to 5 agents who all gave me various information about the process -Vuyokazi mentioned it will start on 1st of October, -Mandisa mentioned it will start on the 24oct, -I have been speaking to many dstv agents all advising I'll get feedback ,till to date nothing,

*Solution is I need to be upgraded as advertising and what the dstv consultant told me ,and reimburse for the month I upgraded and they never kept their end of the deal.
