False advertising

I have a problem with dsvt they suspended my services and it looks like no knows what is going on in my account I am on a price lock deal for R499 but i am getting charged wrong amounts, one of the call center ladies told me that price lock is not what you see they say R499 but in actual fact that is not what you going to pay, I'm going to pay more than what is advertised.

Since last week waiting for price to call me like the call center says but no one called, this morning I call around 08h00 and they told me they will look into my account and I will receive a call back around 10h00 I'm still waiting for that call as well.

Please fix my account and charge me accordingly and stop suspending my account or just call cancel this price lock thing.

I'm spending so much money to call multi choice and don't get help I am not getting my discounts as I am supposed to and getting charged I installation. Please reconnect my services cause I am paying for them and fix my account

I also have a ***** case that was never resolved still waiting, the service is so poor and they are making billions from with that poor service
