FALSE ADVERTISING

so we upgrade to Explora on the R849 promotion, add says, get your Explora, Youtube shows what is included in the Explora box, so we budget for nothing extra... The Explora is delivered yesterday and bam....no Smart LNB. you want to dubble charge me for the PVR subscription due to the Explora being delivered, but I have to now get R1000 extra for installation. If I buy the Explora in the shop, I get the LNB with. But I take the promotion from DSTV, and you cheat the **** out of us. not once is it mentioned anywhere that you do not get the complete set. I WANT THIS RESOLVED ASAP AT NO EXTRA COST!!!! this is nonsense. if you were honest I wouldve known to only get this offer when I had the money for all the extra costs. you are *****. and then your call centre still says no you don't get the LNB with if you buy Explora in the shop, but everyone we know got it with their decoder??? this is absolutely absurd.
