False advertising

I purchased the Access package for the sole purpose of channel 128 (as advertised when comparing packages online) but it doesn't play.

I have been calling since yesterday to clear the error because I am a wwe fan and Access was suited for my budget but only today - after all that airtime,I am told 128 is no longer part of the acces package !

This is false advertising!why take my money and not give me what you say you're selling?!

Total inconvenience and dishonest trading.
