False advertising

I would like to warn every person in South Africa please dont apply for any policy for funeral cover or any policy for that matter my mother in law past away 3 weeks ago she had a funeral policy with DSTV we have sent all the documents to DSTV 2 weeks ago they declined the policy and please don't even try to phone them they will let you hold on for an hour and just put down the phone please they are just in the business to make money they are not interested in your loss of a family member
