False advertising

I app**** to DSTV Price Lock for the R919 pm Premium Price Lock promotion which advertises an Explora 2 + WiFI Connector + 24 months Premium subscription + Access Fee no instal.lation. When I asked about which decoder I would receive I was told it would be an Explorer 3 as the warehouse did not have any Explora 2's . Explora 2's are readily available at most multi media stores and also from Multichoice themselves. Surely DSTV Price Lock can supply Explora 2's otherwise change the promotion advert.
