FALSE ADVERTISING
I bought my Explora for cash, after watching adverts on TV about the wonderful things that one can do with the Explora. But what they don't mention in those adverts is that you pay extra for pausing. Fast forwarding etc. I found myself having to pay R506 Instead of my normal monthly subscription of R385.when I call to inquire I was told its because when one buy an Explora there's an extra fee of which they fail to disclose when they advertise.

The Access Fee gives you an additional viewing environment without having to pay an extra subscription (and so saves you money). This additional viewing environment can take the form of a second decoder connected through Xtra View or recording via your PVR.
Your concerns will been escalated to the relevant department for consideration.
