False advertising 2.0 - Pricelock

<p>First off you do not deliver on your promise "we do the rest" by not organizing installation of the delivered product. Now you have charged me double installments because you have delivered the decoder and done nothing else? No terms and conditions were explained and you can refer to your recorded calls for that if you like. And thats not that your supposed terms and conditions are at all valid, because they apparently read that we need to open the decoder box and get a list of numbers to organize installation ourselves. Please tell me how that is you "doing the rest". All your advert says is sms pricelock and we do the rest, and you have not. So that is false advertising and you need to go back to the drawing board and get this sorted now asap. I will even tell you how you can do so: (1) refund the double installment debit order taken off my account. (2) call me when that is done, and to organise installation at my property ASAP. (3) get the installer out the next day (like your **** tv customers say) (4) then you can debit my account at the end of the month. Call me on the number below.</p>
