FALSE ADVERTISING
since the beginning of January i have been trying to contact dstv for their pricelock deal. finally after approx 2 weeks they contacted me. on their website they have advertised the family package price lock deal as R99. when they finally called they then stated this doesnt include the subscription. however no where on the advert/website does it state this and the other price lock deals which are worded exactly the same as the the family package, all include the subscription. the call center manager (Crystal) admitted that the advert stated the subscription was included. however they where not going to stand by the advert and would not offer the deal at R99.
this is false advertising and against the law. is this what multi choice stands for?
