False advertising

Before of this companies false advertising. I saw a streaming package for which I app**** only to be billed 35% more than what was advertised on their website. I chatted Malaney on the whatsapp chat site. I enquired about the price difference where she provided a website link where the discounted prices are still visible. According to my understanding, you pay for the advertised prices at any place of sales. She said that unfortunately these are the new prices and she can't do anything to help me in this regard for which I did mention that this is false advertising. She did apologize and the chat ended. I guess this is the reason people are moving away from DSTV if their levels of service is so poor. Thankfully I did not restart my service with them and saw beforehand that I was being cheated.
