False ADVERTISERMENT

i received an email that i must come back to DSTV by paying R250 and when i clicked come back it said i must pay R30.34 and i went to pay it cash at a local shop. immediately after paying i rebooted the decoder but it still said channel blocked. i called the Multichoice helpline and Kegan/Kevin said i must pay +-R450 which i did explain to him that i got the offer of R30,34 why should i pay R450 while the link said pay less than that. He was not even keen to hear what i said instead he put me on hold and come after 5 minutes to tell me that R450 or no connection. what is confusing me is that i did not have a problem paying R250 but why attractant me with a good offer of R30.34 until the 01 August and come back and say R450, why is it that what i see on my internet the agent cannot see. WHY THE FALSE ADVERTI*****T?
