having not well trained staff members cost me money,got an email about a promo saying pay for 3 months and the next one month will be free.i enquired before time about when exactly is the free month,they confirmed via emails and phones calls that it was in April,

April was a night mare as my dstv was cut after every 2 days.i had to call in and was given different explanations all the time with different amount to be paid

This is false adverti*****t and can be challenged legally since i have emails to proof it i dont even know how much to pay,but so does DSTV,really sad service especially this happening in 2019
