Good day,
I was advised by DSTV shop at Columbine Crossing Shopping Centre to get satellite dish installed first before I can pay for my subscription of new Compact Price Lock costing R549.
Payment of R600 was paid at that DSTV shop to get the satallite first as per advise and now additional R350 is required by installation team for me to get the full service.
My worry is the advert of Compact Price Lock states that even the installation comes for free and not showing this hidden costs of own installation costing R950 combined.
Please note I have lodged complaint with dstv and given reference number/s # ********** 5 and # ********** 4 were I was offered a QA guy whom I think also misunderstand the full problem at hand as he understood only the technical installation problem while my main problem is I am not given the service of Compact Price Lock as a package advertised for R549 with free installation instead I am given satallite dish service that is separated from the deal.
I made the R600 payment on 5th May 2018 and still today 14th May have not received full service as desired and feel I am not being treated fairly by being provided with incorrect service and incorrect support for my query.
I will be glad if I receive support for my service of interest, Compact Price Lock together with clarity on why I pay installation of R600 plus R350.
