False advertis86ing

I had previously written a review on a dstv internet router that I had return and still waiting for confirmation of cancelation. Here on your site they are quick to respond yet they have not made any contact with me to have the matter sorted and when I contacted them they said they are doing a follow up thr courier company and 2 weeks has passed while waiting for feedback. It's over a month I had logged a complaint with them till today its not resolved
