**** charges
I received a harassing call early this morning at 7:30am about owing DSTV outstanding account. I do not have an outstanding amount and I pay my subscription annually in advance.
The call did not make sense and I do not appreciate being called with bogus charges by debt collectors.
Is this a way to DSTV to ruin my credit rating and sending me to collectors for a **** R100?

I got another call again at 12:49 pm from MBD collections.
You st ill have not addressed this matter and I'm still getting unwarranted calls.
I implore you to stop ignoring me and to address my questions that I've sent to you. It trully does not make sense to send me to a collections company over R35 when I pay my full annual subscription in full over R9000. The other charges need to be reassessed by you since these box office charges (R50) were for movies watched during your June 2020 promotion and offer for 1 free box office per week during the month.
I will keep sending emails and wont just cave in by paying you undue amounts. Just tell me for how long you want to keep this up, and to what extent you wish to harass your good customers who abide by the agreed contract.
