Failure to resolve issues

MultiChoice I honestly do not appreciate being made a fool. I've had the same problem for 8+months and you have failed to fix. I recieved a call from you 3 weeks ago with a resolution to my issue but nothing has been done thus far. I wish I knew the highest body or platform to report this because I've been inconvenienced and no one seem to care. This is the worst case of customer service
