Failure to disconnect

I have been a loyal MultiChoice customer for years now. I have since taken a decision that I will be taking a break from DSTV. I made my last payment on 26 December 2015. I INTENTIONALY did NOT make a payment on 25 January 2016, specifically for the reason that I wanted to be disconnected. But my dstv is still active to this date. I called in and was told that I should have scheduled a disconnection before or on 25 January 2016. Well how is one supposed to know? I pay for a service upfront. if I don't make payment, you should disconnect, why are you continuing to give me service when I have not made any payment upfront? I am told that I NEED TO WAIT until I am disconnected, but no one is able to give an indication of WHEN that will happen. Until then, I am charged for each and every day even though I DO NOT WANT TO!So WHEN YOU DO DECIDE to disconnect me I need to pay for the days that YOU decided I should be active. And YOU think its okay by doing that? Your desperation of keeping your clients is now bordering on the line of *******. I DEMAND immediate disconnection! Why should YOU decide for me how long I should be active? I didn't pay for any service remember? I DONT YOU ANYTHING
