FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH AGREEMENT

I received a call in December from one of their agents / reps and were offered a FREE upgrade to EXPLORA, on condition I sign a debit order for a minimum of 24 months.

The following were offered:

• New decoder and dish • Free installation and delivery • Decrease in monthly premium • No cost at all – Full offer free of charge

I have signed and agreed to the debit order BUT HAVE UNTIL TODAY not received any ot the above. The monthly deduction for the incorrect highter subscription fee s are deducted on a monthly basis.

After numerous attemps they have failed to comply with the agreement.
