Dear Wicus
Thank you for taking our call today.
As discussed, we have successfully removed your decoder and transferred it to Mr Smuts.
However, we could not get hold of Mr Smart to activate Xtraview. It’s important that he contacts us as we need to know which decoder should be the Primary and Secondary for Xtraview network.
Furthermore, we need to ensure if he gets the picture from both environments. We recommend that he contacts our call centre for Xtraview activation.
Thanks again for your time and patience.
Kind regards
Dinah
