FAILURE TO ALLOCATE FUNDS OR DO REFUND

I have paid my DStv account via EFT link which I received from one of the consultants on the 15th of January 2022 and I still could view any channels, I called several times without getting help and the only thing is that they could not allocate the money that I paid, I have sent countless proof of payments but still nothing. Then I requested them to refund the money I paid, they said I must contact my bank which I did, and sadly the bank also referred me to PayAt Services. PayAt attended my query and forwarded my emails to Dstv support to assist but they still have not. It is now the 21st of February and I have not received any help from Dstv, I cannot pay again for services I am not receiving.
