Failing to Register for DSTV NOW and NO HELP

It is almost a month since i started trying to register for the Dstv Now app. I have asked for help several times and every time i am told to do different things on the phone BUT still i still get a technical error message. I have gone to service providers in Newcastle and was told it was something to do with my email which we changed but still DOLOLO..the same technical error message still comes up: SERIOUSLY guys How hard can it be just to help someone to register on the app??????????
