Failing to provide a service.

Worst service ever. Im trying to apply for Dstv internet. Was directed to apply through whatsapp. I did not get help instead they promised to call me and they never did. Went to the branch at Maponya mall, i was told they dnt deal with internet at the branch and they said i should call the call centre, i did and they said they dnt deal with internet also and said i should apply through the website. The website says the service is also not available there i should apply through whatsapp, the very same whatsapp that failed to assist. All dstv channel are failing to provide me with a simple service.
