Failing to pay my refund over a month
My name is Shelly I have been trying to get my refund from multi choice for over a month now after I over paid my dstv account with more than 4500. The company has been taking me from pillar to post after they have received all the required documents to process my refund. After speaking to a consultant they don't even attempt to process my refund. It has been very stressful experience I don't wish it to anyone. I'm feedup with Dstv

On the 4th of August 2023 I sent them all the required documents Proof of paymentI'd copyBank statement Marriage certificateTill to-date my refund was not sent Everytime I call the call center the *********** consultants keep on telling a lot of stories and unwanted Apologies after that promise to process my refund Until today I did not receive a cent from my refund. I don't know which POPI Act are they complying with. I have spent a lot of money making unfaithful calls to them I tried consulting also ombudsman dstv is taking people for a ride.I made a call today a consultants by the name of Sive told me the refund was not processedHe made the very same promise like a broken record to process my refund. I have had enough. I want my money back today I got a message from my bank that they even refused that my bank make the reversal for me. This company is taking people for a ride
